Have You Seen Mats? is a 60 min site-specific performance set in the hahamongna or “south pasadena.” Audience members are lead on a journey through the real and imagined landscape of the hahamongna—paced with the setting sun—to help Searcher, our main guide, find who he’s looking for. Along the way, we meet a diverse web of characters, learning how the body, like the forest, contains many interconnected beings.
